I train and compete with the Long Island Aquatic Club (LIAC) with a focus on consistent practice, technique, and race strategy. I’ve qualified for Silver and Championship-level meets, and track my progress by event. Recent highlights including video clips from key races are featured below. On May 17, 2025, I swam the 100m Breaststroke at the MR NYS Spring Frenzy Invite, finishing in 1:30.02. This race tested my endurance and pacing over a longer distance. I focused on maintaining strong pullouts and steady tempo, which helped me stay consistent through both laps. In the video, I am in Lane 5.
On February 9, 2025, I competed in the 100-yard Individual Medley at the MR YMID Middies meet, finishing in 1:12.13. This race was a strong test of my transitions between strokes, especially the back-to-breast turn. I focused on keeping each leg of the IM steady while carrying momentum into the freestyle finish.
In the video, I’m in Lane 2.
Although this was a solid performance, my personal best time for the 100-yard IM is a full second faster, achieved during a non-official meet, so it’s not reflected in formal rankings.
